Payroll and/or Check-Cashing Services

With the B2E Payroll and Check-Cashing division (previously referred to as Cash-n-a-Flash), employers in SC and NC are offered the payroll services listed below. They may choose a single component or the full cycle, soup to nuts. After registering employee names/rates/taxes with B2E, a typical cycle includes:

  1. Employee submits Add, Change and Delete transactions through an easy to use WEB Portal provided by B2E.*
  2. B2E accountant enters the employee hours into the software system and initiates paychecks.
  3. B2E brings paychecks to the employer's site of business at a time specified by the employer. B2E can provide the paychecks to the HR manager or, from the B2E van, can issue the checks directly to the employees upon proof of identification.
  4. B2E's armored van remains on site to act as a bank of wheels for the convenience of the employees. Through the van they can cash their checks, access cash through our ATM, pay their bills or send money home.
  5. The employer receives a report summarizing the weekly payroll and services utilized for the pay period. At the end of the quarter or year, electronic transfers of data are available to pass to the company's financial personnel or outsourced tax accountant.

For companies with >100 employees or a weekly payroll of $30,000 or more utilizing the full payroll and check-cashing cycle above, there is no charge to the employer. Employees are charged a nominal fee of 1-2% to cash their checks — a more reasonable rate than the standard 3-10% rate charged at traditional off-site check-cashing businesses.
