Forms
Discovery Process – Our Discovery Process form is a simple survey that employers can include inside the weekly payroll envelopes that asks a series of simple questions to determine how your employees might accept the B2E check-cashing services and if they would be utilized and embraced. The check box-type survey is two sided with Spanish on one side and English on the other. The questions include:
- Do you deposit your check into a banking account or cash it?
- What is the main reason you prefer to bank this way?
- At what type of business do you normally cash your check (grocery store, fast cash store, pawn shop, bank, etc.)?
- Do you pay a transaction fee? If so, how much or what percentage?
- If your employer was to offer a check-cashing service right at the office on payday for only a 2% transaction fee, would you utilize the service?
- What appeals to you about this service?
- What does not appeal to you about this service?
