The Market

Human Resources professionals are realizing that their un-banked labor force has a different need for payroll fulfillment. Traditionally, payroll is deemed fulfilled when the employee has received a check. For the un-banked, payroll is fulfilled when they have cash. Simply put, the un-banked do not have a bank account.

B2E concentrates our research in three specific industries. With the exception of agriculture, the three industries below are the industries that mostly employ the un-banked labor force.

B2E established the value of a market by measuring the payroll disbursements completed in a 30 day window in a locality. Assuming a $500 Million market size, we believe that one tenth of that market represents our target opportunity. And through this process, we determine that a market of $50 million in monthly payroll will support between 30 and 50 armored vans. The final number of vehicles to support the market is determined by geography, logistics, schedules and other similar factors. However, this information serves as the basis for market valuation for the B2E business model.

B2E Partnership/Investor Goals & Objectives

With an investment partner, the plan is for B2E to assume operational control and management of Operating Centers. B2E would build it, staff it and manage it on behalf of a partnership to be established with the investor. This partnership would be in the form of a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) that would be jointly owned. Since FTC regulations preclude B2E from making earnings claims, we underscore the fact that this information is presented in the context of an investment opportunity, exclusively.

Through the LLC, the partners would share in annual earnings and, if the company is sold, in the proceeds from the sale of the company. This amount would be based on the apportioned contribution to book value and equity by the Operating Center.

Currently, B2E is seeking investment partners to open Operations Centers in strategic cities. Specifically, these strategic cities are:

In addition to private partnerships, we believe that banking institutions, large financial services companies, insurance companies, and retailers will find our business model attractive and complementary to their growth strategies as well.

Additional information on quarterly earnings, expenses, capital, and partnerships will be provided as questions and concerns surface. Please contact us for complete financial information or for more information about becoming a partner or investor.
